Fleet Management is another key function for Radifleet Sdn Bhd as it is responsible for the logistical requirements for clinical waste collections and linen and laundry deliveries for other subsidiaries from all over Malaysia to the plant Central Plant in Teluk Panglima Garang in Selangor and East Cost Plant at Gebeng in Pahang. This is a highly demanding operations management and scheduling function that has been perfected at Radifleet and operates throughout Klang Valley, Pahang, Trengganu and as far as Kelantan.
The division was established in 2004 carries out the role and responsible for the overall management and operational efficiency of the fleet services to ensure fleet productivity and performance follow the entire statutory requirement.
Boasting an experienced workforce of over 180 and an extensive fleet of varies tonnoges, and state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, Fleet division has the capability to deliver the services with marked strength and competency.

Today, Radifleet’s Fleet divisions is one of Malaysia’s largest one-stop logistics companies providing comprehensive logistics solutions customised to clinical waste management business requirements and extended it unique services to linen and laundrette services within the Ministry of Health Hospital and reputable health centre within Peninsular Malaysia. Total of 60 specialised and designed trucks deploys daily to meet the clients demand.
Fleet Division is operating with 3 internal workshops that located at Central Region, Batu Caves, Kota Bahru and Kuantan as hubs which offering a full range of services supported by state-of-the-art maintenance services support to all Fleet Division trucks.

Global Positioning System (GPS) Tracking
All our trucks are equipped with GPS device. We feel GPS tracking system is terrific way to keep track of our truck which carries hazardous materials such as petroleum and chemical product. The purpose for us to fix the GPS device is to ensure a better service for delivery of customer product. The system can monitor trucks operations and movement, truck total operating hours, allocation of vehicles to destinations, pick-ups and incidents as well as extra information such as the length and duration of trips. This can reduce unwanted idling time, maximum usage of time to gain customer confident and to provide the customer the exact arrival time at customer site.
